01

Basic Personal Finance

How much money does your lifestyle require?

What does lifestyle even mean?

We delve into the details, so you have all the essential information (and a rough estimate) before making any career decisions. The first class is focused on this. Knowing how to evaluate financial health is self-care!

02

Analyze Values and Strengths

The next step is figuring out what you're naturally good at and what makes you feel most fulfilled! Do you feel energized after a good chit chat or do you recharge when you're alone?

There is a place for every single person in the healthcare field. The only requirement is that you enjoy helping others. Doing identity work will help you live a value-based, authentic life. This is the basis of the second class.

03

Majors and Pathways

Using what you know about money and your values, what careers and pathways stick out to you? Would it be a good idea to apply to a school that guarantees admission to medical school? Would you rather be a veterinary technician before attending college for your bachelor's degree? Is animal sciences a good major if you want to go to pharmacy school?

There are a million different ways to get to where you'd like to be. This class is the perfect time to jot down every idea you have!

04

College List

Now, it's time to see which colleges can grant you the path you'd like to take. Want to be a biology major? Harvard has biology. Add it to the list! Your local community college also has biology. Add it! Pay no mind to prestige.

After your list is complete, start the process of elimination. Include why each college stays on your application list or gets booted. Ensure it aligns with your values.

Build Your Future Resume

Evaluate your progress. Are you making decisions based on what your peers think or on your own judgment?

Create what you'd like your future resume to look like. Do you want to own your own practice, have a family, and volunteer once a week? Or, would you rather work part-time and travel the world? What does your dream life look like?

Then connect the dots.

What steps do you need to take to ensure you reach your long-term goals?

06

Time Management and Self-Care

There is no honor in struggle. You can achieve fulfillment and happiness without having to learn the hard way. Use other people's mistakes and be better!

There is a way to make sure you build your dream life without tanking your mental health. Auditing where your time, energy and money goes is the first step. Let me help you!
